Because if you arent, I shall tear your spine out through your chest and show it to you before you die.brbrbrbrSeriously, theres no mandate that you be nice to anyone. But your life will probably go much more smoothly if you try to be nice to as many other people as you can. Its still your choice, though. When youre nice to people, theyll be more likely to support you or give you favors when you really need it. If youre not, theyll be much more likely to ignore your rotting carcas in whatever ditch they happen to spot you laying in.brbrNot everyone deserves being treated nicely, of course. But assuming that any given person you meet deserves to be treated well thats the safest assumption to make. You can always revoke their quotnicequot priveleges if they demonstrate at some point that theyre not worth the consideration, but trying to be nice to them later after you started out being evil thats not nearly so easy.
